Program Registration and Participation

Registration

Registration for our programs is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion. Registration is not complete until payment has been received and confirmed.

Waivers and Consent Forms

Participation in our programs requires the completion of all necessary waivers, medical forms, and consent documents. Failure to complete these forms may result in exclusion from participation.

Program Rules and Conduct

Participants must adhere to all program rules, follow instructions from coaches and staff, and maintain appropriate behavior. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to secure registration. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.

Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Available up to 14 days before the program start date
• Partial refund (50%) or full credit toward a future program: Available 7-14 days before the program start date
• No refund: Within 7 days of the program start date or after the program has begun

Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with appropriate documentation or in other extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Cancellations by SportByDance

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of SportByDance or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant us permission to take photographs and videos during activities and to use these images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in basketball and physical activities involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportByDance, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportByDance, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your participation in our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
